The Challenge
FAPHO does critical humanitarian work in Honduras, but their website wasn't telling that story. Donors and volunteers couldn't easily understand the impact of their contributions, and the donation process was cumbersome. The organization needed a digital presence as compelling as their mission.
Our Approach
We focused on storytelling. Real photos, real stories, real impact—front and center. The donation flow was simplified to reduce friction, and we structured content to clearly communicate programs, impact metrics, and ways to get involved. Every page answers the question: "Why should I care?"
The Results
Online donations increased after the redesign. The site now serves as the primary tool for volunteer recruitment and donor engagement. FAPHO can now point to a digital presence that matches the gravity of their work.
