The Challenge
DOV Domes makes geodesic dome structures—a niche product with serious logistics behind it. Every order involves coordinating materials, shipping heavy components, and managing custom configurations. They needed a platform that could handle the complexity of their operations while making the buying experience feel simple.
Our Approach
We built a full e-commerce platform on Laravel that manages the entire pipeline—from product configuration to materials logistics to shipping coordination. The front end lets the domes sell themselves with large photography and a streamlined configurator, while the back end handles the heavy lifting of inventory, order management, and fulfillment.
The Results
The platform turned a logistically complex business into a smooth online operation. Custom orders that used to require days of back-and-forth now flow through the system seamlessly. DOV Domes can manage materials, track shipments, and fulfill orders all from one place.
