The Challenge
Vehub needed a platform that could aggregate massive amounts of fleet data from multiple sources and enable real-time communication between buyers—all without feeling like enterprise software from 2005. The challenge was building something powerful enough for heavy data processing yet intuitive enough that users could jump in without training.
Our Approach
We built the platform on Laravel with MySQL handling the data aggregation layer. Real-time communication between buyers was a core feature, not an afterthought—so we architected it into the foundation. Complex fleet data was organized into intuitive dashboards with progressive disclosure, showing only what's needed when it's needed.
The Results
The platform handles heavy data aggregation seamlessly while keeping the user experience clean. Real-time buyer communication reduced deal cycles and support tickets dropped as users found what they needed without help. Vehub gained a competitive edge in demos against legacy competitors.
